Cannot speak with anyone. Calls go directly to voicemail and no call backs unless I leave “stern” message. I’m not confident that I can keep going to this office. What good is a doctor when you can’t reach him or his staff when you are in pain. Looking for another doctor.

Seen Dr Nallapareddy several years back and he was great. The last couple months I have tried calling, leaving voicemails and emails and have not gotten any responses at all. Very disappointed that I know have to find another doctor.

You can’t make an appointment with this place got a referral from my doctor, they refuse to answer the phone or return a message I dare anyone to call I Guarantee you they won’t answer.

DR Nallapareddy was great so was the girls in his office

Does not listen nor hear, arrogance at it's finest. I couldn't wait to fire him and did. Fiber diet, 7 years is all you hear. Dictated wrong history and physical and had no idea who he was treating and for what.

Grateful for this group of doctors. They saw about me almost everyday I was in the hospital and made me feel good about having surgery and getting better. I didn't feel like "just another patient". I went to the office for the first time and there was a mix up with my appointment and procedure. The staff took care of the situation and even provided a sample so I didn't have to go and pay for it as a prescription for my colonoscopy. Thank you for taking such good care of me and helping me with diverticulitis.
