Dr. Chang and his team took such good care of me during my colonoscopy in late 2025. It was easy to set up an appointment, and his staff went the extra mile to get me scheduled. I felt very fortunate that they accepted my ACA/Marketplace insurance (thank you). Everyone who assisted me on the day of the procedure was fabulous, from the hospital volunteer who made sure I got to the right place to the numerous nurses and other members of the medical team who helped calm my nerves. This was my second colonoscopy, but I still got a little nervous as the time approached. Dr. Chang was kind and explained everything well to me. Given that colorectal cancer is increasing among young people, I hope this review will help others who might be nervous about the procedure. You can do this, and it's important for your life and health.

The medical staff including dr j chang are very professional, caring, excused themselves with my procedure being delayed because of unforseen circumstances with previous patient. Always #1 Hospital in every aspect. Thank You.

Drywall chang best doctor but his office is worst ever lately keep calling everyday two weeks got message they were busy would call me never did them my liver medications ean out 2 weeks later before can get a call back I've had no medicine for week now and feeling very ill they wouldn't even let me talk to doctor chang don't know what happen lately used to be very nice place but not anymore if only doctor chang knew

Been with Dr Chang for over 3 decades }I.W} ,great doctors,wish I could say the same about making a simple appointment. People hang up on you & that is if they answer,leave messages with no return phone calls,terrible customer service ...
