01What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your existing local journal remains on your device. Plus-only creation and insight features become locked when the entitlement expires.
02How do I cancel?+
Manage or cancel the subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
03How do refunds work?+
Apple determines App Store refund eligibility. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
04Do you offer a lifetime plan?+
No. The current App Store product is an annual subscription.
