Henry Ford Hospital Gastroenterology

Nobody can reach out to the endoscopy or gasteroenterology department because they don't answer phone calls. The nurse who's responsible for procedures scheduling is very rude and she's keeping cutting me off when I'm speaking. They don't realize that the only key of good communication is listening. She is always threatening to submit me to the behavotal health, I told her that I'm seeing many different specialists and nobody complained about me. Only Dr. Dang deserves complement because she's an excellent doctor, she the only reason that I'm staying at Henry Ford hospital for my treatment. I have to search if she's practicing in another hospital other than this.

worked me up so extensively for wilsons disease I would not be surprised that they didn’t dig up the neurologist who discovered wilsons disease to concur his opinion, once that was ruled out, instead of helping investigate the actual issue, they simply gave up and refused to run any of the tests i asked for. I expected better from a specialty department but they don’t know much outside of structural and textbook issues. I’d have to be turning yellow for any type of intervention or help from this department.
