I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a physician. Dr. Caitlin Green is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever seen. She asked an incredible number of detailed questions, which is absolutely essential for arriving at the correct diagnosis. Unfortunately, many physicians no longer take the time to do this and it makes life extremely difficult for the patient and puts even more burden on our healthcare industry since many end up having to see 2-5 doctors of the same specialty just to find ONE doctor who will do their actual job. Even though my medical history is complex, she never seemed rushed and genuinely wanted to understand every aspect of it. What impressed me even more was her intuition. There were several important things I completely forgot to mention during our appointment, yet she independently brought them up herself. I have never encountered a physician who was so perceptive and able to connect the dots like that. After seeing dozens and dozens of specialists over the years for my complex health issues, that level of insight is incredibly rare. She also identified health issues that no previous doctor had ever mentioned and referred me to the appropriate specialist for further evaluation. Beyond her intelligence and thoroughness, she was genuinely kind and an excellent listener. I felt heard, respected, and included in my own care. She took my concerns seriously while also applying her own extensive knowledge and clinical judgment. She is everything a physician should be, but what, unfortunately, many doctors no longer are. For the first time in a very long time, I left a medical appointment feeling hopeful instead of discouraged. She has restored some of my faith in our healthcare system, and I genuinely feel confident in her care. If anything changes I will update, but I don’t forsee that happening.
