My only negative feedback is my ultrasound appointment was 45 minutes late which is unusual.

"Everyone" at GI Alliance of Illinois has been extremely helpful. kind and compassionate. Every aspect of my procedure has been thoroughly explained and the nurses have been very generous with their time. I highly recommend them all.

Friendly staff, very organized and provided professional service to me

jamie schwartz is an excellent pa....with dr bernsen. .(.dr wasnt available ..for awhile.)..very thorough,professional....but it's pretty impossible getting through to GI alliance...I try many times calling...hardly anyone answers...it's all AI.. website very confusing to go on...

Worst Dr's visit, ever. First visit for my daughter, Dr Mitchell Bernsen walks in, does not introduce himself, does not greet us, asks what can I do for you. Explain what's going on, says if you were seen at Rush, why are you here, if they couldn't do anything for you, I can't. Does not examine my daughter. Says maybe I can give her something. We tell him she can't swallow pills, he says then I would suggest you go back to Rush or the Mayo clinic and gets up and walks out. Then I get an office bill of $157.00 which I'm contesting. Update, no surprise, nit waving the fee.
