There was a patient in the next room arguing with the doctor and the doctor was also yelling at him for a while. My doctor spoke in a condescending tone. He did order a blood test. When I asked if they did them here, he said no. I commented, not in a rude way, that doctor offices are not doing bloodwork anymore, anywhere I go. He went on a rant about how it costs them money and who is going to pay for it. I responded calmly that it costs me time and money to also go take off work and go to another appt for bloodwork elsewhere. He proceeded to say that if the government changes their system, and went on about that. I did not come here to be treated this way. He seemed to try to change his tone after his rant and gave me $5 off coupons for miralax as he thinks I just have a slow stomach, or whatever the term is. When I went to go buy it at the store, I realized that the coupon was expired. So that was my experience in a nutshell. And!!! They never charged my insurance, which I have PPO. I have been getting bills for $328. I called and they said they didn’t have my insurance card on file, which they scanned at my appt. So they took my insurance info. I still got a bill! I went into the office and told them about the bill. Today I got a letter from collections!!!!! I have n 820 credit score!!!!! This office is a joke!

Dr. Greenberg is very thorough. He listened to my concerns & ordered a colonoscopy due to a change in my bowel habits.
