I was very disappointed. I came in for a consult and the doctor did not have any of my medical records. Did not examine me only suggested that it could be something I ate. No clarity given and after they reviewed my records they would call me . The office in the waiting area had spider and dust behind the chairs I was concerned that something would bite me.

Front desk and check out was fantastic. Went in for stomach pain and PA never even pressed/touched my stomach…. If I knew that was the case I would have just done a virtual dr visit.

We saw Aston for follow up for NAFLD, she is wonderful, answers your questions, explains things well, listens to your concerns. Gave us information to study to help us make decisions to better control my husband’s liver disease. She is a credit to the GATGI health system, and to the patient and their care.

Very organized, friendly and professional. All staff are super. Dr. Domanski is approachable and very thorough.

Dr Mendu is fantastic. She is attentive and listens to your concerns. You never feel rushed during an appointment. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Today I had a terrible experience with a nurse Jessica Keith. I was supposed to take my medication today and have been trying to contact my office and didn’t get a reply until I had one of the other pleasant worker leave her a urgent notice and she got back to me today. She had in informed me that Dr Madesi had decided to change my medication three weeks prior to when I needed a dose of my current medication. During said phone call Jessica was extremely rude and had a nasty tone saying she will “get to calling insurance for my new medication” Moral of the story is that at Gatgi the Doctors have ZERO communication skills and the nurses are very rude and lazy since I had to call to make them start the process of my new medication.
