I was looking for a dietician that would help me get on track with healthier eating habits and making ladting lifestyle changes for better health. I selected Vanessa Jones, RD and I'm happy to say that I am more than satisfied. During our initial meeting she really took the time to listen to me and get to know me. And instead of just "telling" me what I needed to do and just giving me a generic one size fits all plan, she asked for my input and helped me to set realistic and sustainable goals. The weekly virtual check-ins are helpful and convenient, and also help me to remain accountable. Vanessa also provided resources and handouts to assist in my journey to wellness. I highly recommend Vanessa Jones! You will not regret it.
