I was referred to this office after my visit to the emergency room. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the past two weeks, but I’ve left multiple messages and still haven’t received a return call. This experience has been very unprofessional, and I have not received any customer service or assistance.

I haven’t seen the doctor, so this review is about the office. I was referred in January and had to call multiple times before getting an appointment nearly 50 days out. When I finally went in, they only collected my information and sent me home without any evaluation or treatment, nurse hardly took her eyes out of iPad when asking question. I was told to wait for a call to schedule another appointment, but no one followed up. Every time I call, I’m told only one person handles scheduling and that I’ll get a callback- haven't happened. For context, I’ve been dealing with recurring pain since November, and this experience has been extremely frustrating. It feels like there’s a lack of urgency and concern for patients.

As many others have said, there is absolutely no reason to patronize this business, as they clearly have no concern for their medical needs. I was referred to them last November, and had to actually drive 18 miles to walk in....twice (the first time the door was locked at 2:30 on a Tuesday) and was finally able to make an appointment, only to have it cancelled the day before. I asked those in the waiting room if they had the same experience, and all said they did. They staff states they are "understaffed" but with the number of referrals they are receiving there is no excuse for this. I emailed the Regional Manager; no response.

The worst Gastro ever no answer phones no call backs rude as ever I call every day no answer to front desk at all they suck…

Please do not go to this office. They will never answer your calls and do not call you back when you leave a voicemail. They don’t care. My husband finally got in for an appointment and was dismissed. He has some very concerning symptoms and the dr just told him to change his diet. No testing, no new approaches. Nothing. It’s a waste of your time and now he has to find a new dr who will actually do his job and not put patients at risk by not listening to their concerns. Knowing his symptoms I was shocked that this dr didn’t look into things or order any testing. Not even bloodwork which is pretty basic. Please find another office.

Zero stars for communication, we’ve been calling this office to schedule an appointment for over a week, 5x a day, emailed twice now. No response. If your office isn’t accepting new patients or on holiday, you could at the very least set up an auto message stating so. A medical practice should prioritize patients, not silence them. Ignoring repeated calls and emails shows a complete lack of professionalism and concern for patient care. This isn’t just poor service, it’s dismissive of people seeking medical help.

No one answers the phone and they even blocked my number I've been trying to make an appointment as soon as possible for my stomach pain

Horrible! They have several employees standing around not even acknowledging me. 1st off I've called the office 50+ times/20 voicemails and even messaged them on their website. I had to drive 20 minutes to the office to get my questions answered. Literally 7 to 10 girls standing around. I hate the fact I have to deal with these absolute worthless human beings that have no other thing to do but ignore every communication outlet and ignore me to my face with attitude once I voiced my concerns to the while office. They all acted like it was normal business as usual, yet another patient with an attitude.
