Me Carol Catching interrupted me to scream at me twice on our first ever appointment, which happened to be on video. Why? She asked me what time was my last meal? She didn’t like my answer, “THAT IS THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO.”, she screamed. (She didn’t even know me.) Similarly when I said I ate an egg, a whole egg. (Nutritionally in everything I had read, the egg is called the perfect food.).. Again Ms Catching spoke to me, suddenly, similarly loudly, “You can’t do that.” (Whites-Only, is what I found out when I asked her why.). —> Please remember, this was our very first conversation. Your mileage may vary. (She said she sent me some links but I didn’t get them. When I asked her to repeat them she sent me the titles, or the names of the type of thinking so I could look it up myself I guess. So 2 stars. Getting information is definitely getting value.)
