This review is for both Tovah and Fay Nutrition because they are one in the same. I booked a 90 min session. At that time I was told the fay app was only to do billing for her. It turns out the fay app, does much more than than that. Her expertise was minimal and she reiterated what I was already doing. I was hoping she would be able to look at the foods I'm eating and quantities then devise a plan for me. I decided after a week or two this was too impersonal for me. She originally told me she could come to my house, but then claimed she never said she could do that. I cancelled the next appt. However, there is no way to cancel the account. There are no phone numbers or emails of people from fay nutrition you can speak with. When I asked her for help, in achieving this, she told me she doesn't work in the same building as them, therefore, she can't walk down the hallway and just get their phone number! I said, surely you get paid by them.You should be able to give me some contact information. That was a week ago. I had to reach out to my credit card company and my insurance company to alert them to this fraud. I have also contacted the better business bureau. No one should do a business with anybody that doesn't have a phone number or an email contact.

OMG!!!!!!! I SO enjoyed my conversation with Tovah! She is easy to talk to and seems to really know her stuff. I am looking forward to having her accompany me on my weight loss journey!

Tovah was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in knowing my unique wants, needs, and health concerns. She really tailored my goals to what I was looking for and how quickly I wanted to make changes or pace myself. She worked with me on my hectic schedule as well and was very accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Tovah listens, doesn't judge, and makes brilliant connections! She helped me solve a 7-year-old health mystery and I am glad to have her as part of my healthcare team.
