Catherine is helping me in so many ways. I’ve had a complicated relationship with food and body image for as long as I can remember; Catherine helps me unpack my conditioned responses to food, and coaches me in creating new and healthy eating habits. She has so many resources at her fingertips, which she shares liberally. It’s refreshing to speak with a nutritionist who is so empathetic and encouraging. I look forward to our sessions and wrap up every meeting with specific ways to move closer to my goals, while also building my own confidence.

Catherine is amazing. She’s very easy to talk to and I feel comfortable telling her about my issues with food. She’s so good at helping me work through my bad habits with food and replacing with healthy options. She takes a very realistic approach in helping me reach my goals with weight loss and repairing my relationship with food.

Catherine is wonderful. I enjoy my meetings with her so much. She always listens to my concerns and celebrates my wins. She also gives me great tips and ideas on replacing foods with healthier options.
