I was getting a fibroscan done on my liver in the office of my doctor Hagan. Arrived on time and no long wait. The ultrasound imager was very kind, gentle, thoughtful and considerate. He does well at his job. I also see my doctor for Crohn's disease and she has been nothing but helpful and caring through this difficult time. I was in severe condition when I started, but I was showing some signs of remission. She will do a colonoscopy in August at a convenient location (Live in Pasadena now) she knows her stuff! Highly recommend Mercy for any issues you may have or specialists you must see.

Dr. Paul Thuluvath is an outstanding physician and incredibly knowledgeable. I have never felt as comfortable with a healthcare professional as I did during my appointment with him. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, answer all of my questions, and carefully address my concerns. His compassion, professionalism, and expertise made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible care. The entire visit to the institute was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. It was truly an incredible experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Thuluvath and the institute to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.

Had a Fibroscan appointment at 8:00 a.m. showed up at 7:50 a.m., done by 8:10 a.m. Very kind and friendly staff.

on time, curious, sensitive to my hearing loss and spoke loud enough for me to understand, surprisingly a rarity at a medical office.
