Jereme is knowledge, supportive and encouraging. He listens to what I want and what I'm going through and gives me feedback and ideas based on that. He's teaching me about what goes into the choices I make and the meals I eat so I know the why rather than just giving me a checklist and leaving it at that. There's a lot I don't know about nutrition and cooking, so it's wonderful to have him as a guide. I did not expect the depth of support that he is providing and I highly recommend his services to anyone desiring nutrition support.
