I was treated with great care from the team. Always a tough procedure to prepare for leaving you a bit cranky going in. They were so nice and even funny during the whole process. I was in and out feeling very aware in about 90 minutes.

The doctor, nurses, and anesthesiologist were all wonderful. I asked for an estimate before the procedure of what I could expect my out of pocket expenses would be, but the person I spoke to said they couldn’t provide that. The billing afterwards is a nightmare. I spent 45 minutes being transferred all over the place and finally a nurse transferred me to an actual person in billing. I requested a refund of the $1800 facility charge I paid on the day of the procedure because my insurance paid in-full the in-network allowed amount 9 days ago. I was told by the facility that the payment hasn’t posted to my account and to call back for my refund. When I receive the $1800 facility charge refund then I will gladly pay Dr. Putcha the $443.37 he sent me a bill for. Also, the pathology phone number they provide you with at discharge is not a correct number.
