We had a very positive experience with Dr. Saikiran Raghavapuram. He was professional, patient, and took the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly. He recommended the appropriate evaluation rather than simply treating the symptoms, which gave us a lot of confidence in his care. The experience was smooth and well organized, and we appreciated the clear explanation of the findings and follow-up plan. Dr. Raghavapuram and the entire staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. I found Dr. Sai through Google after moving to this area earlier this year. The reviews were absolutely accurate. First, the office, their correspondence, the patient portal, response times, appointment help, etc. are all well beyond what one normally gets these days. Top notch - I was genuinely pleased with all aspects of it. They also handled insurance claims processing well. Dr. Sai - what an absolutely wonderful person and clearly a great Gastroenterologist! I had several appointments with him and he made time in each one to patiently review all aspects of care and options. He listened, offered advice, followed up promptly through the patient portal. Most amazingly - in 35+ of getting medical care, I may have been called by the doctor maybe 2 times. Dr. Sai in the 6 weeks I saw him made time to call me 3 times - twice responding to portal message and the third time just to follow up and see how I was doing!!! That alone was truly gratifying and unique! Dr. Sai’s treatment path was deliberate and stepwise. And it worked to treat my issue in a short period of time. Dr. Sai - thank you very much for the wonderful care experience and I will remain grateful to you and your entire clinic staff who provided exceptional service! Thank you all - with gratitude!

I recently went to the ER with acute abdominal pain and was advised to see a GI Specialist the following day. My daughter referred me to Dr. Sai and his office was able to see me later that same day. I was very impressed with how professional, courteous and accommodating his staff is. Dr. Sai took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. He was thorough, compassionate and genuinely interested in finding the cause of my symptoms. He ordered an abdominal ultrasound and personally called me to give me the results. I will now be undergoing an upper and lower endoscopy as he continues to evaluate my GI issues. I truly appreciate Dr. Sai’s expertise and professionalism. I am very grateful for the excellent care he is providing for me.
