Dr. Choi was great. I was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable. The colonoscopy was so easy. I highly recommend Dr. Choi. Her team was wonderful too. They brought warming blankets and were very friendly. When you have a great team, it makes the whole experience better.

Friendly and professional staff, Dr Choi Was friendly and talked to me about concerns. I was the last patient of the day and it felt like I was the first. No rush to get me out so everyone could go home, this was my first time so I was nervous. I highly recommend Dr Choi and her staff/ facility in Plano.

I recently underwent a procedure with this physician and, while the procedure itself may have gone as planned, I left feeling disappointed by the post-operative experience. After coming out of anesthesia, I had several questions about the procedure, my recovery, and some feedback I wanted to share. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were not given adequate time or attention. The doctor appeared to be in a hurry and left before I had an opportunity to fully discuss my questions. As a patient, especially after undergoing a medical procedure, clear communication and the opportunity to understand what was done are extremely important. I left feeling unheard and somewhat dismissed at a time when I was vulnerable and seeking guidance. I appreciate the medical care provided, but I believe there is room for improvement in post-procedure patient communication and bedside manner. Taking a few extra minutes to answer questions and ensure patients feel informed would greatly improve the overall experience.

Everyone associated with my endoscopy from the nurses, anesthesiologist and of course the brilliant Dr. Choi were just amazing. I particularly wanted to highlight Sierra ( hope I got the name right) who was my first nurse and just amazing. And secondly Dawn, who was very professional and had the best hair.
