Absolute waste of my time and co-payment. I drove over an hour for the appt just to have a Dr not have any idea why I was there, when I was referred, then I was told to go to the front desk and schedule a scan after no questions beyond what I had filled out on the check-in. I went to the front desk and nobody was there. I waited 10 minutes and NOBODY came up. So I just left. Absolutely ridiculous.

entire building smells like mold. waited about 3 hours past appointment time to be seen for colonoscopy. the area for pre-op and post-op preparation is barely separated with curtains and extremely little patient privacy. the technician who did my IV did it improperly causing blood to spurt all over and then told me verbatim that it was because I was the last patient of the day and she usually messes up around that time (i understand people are human but you do NOT say that to the patient). dr. chua gave very little pre-colonoscopy explanation and did not thoroughly go over risks despite patient discharge papers saying everything was discussed. would not go back. it's better to wait to be seen by a doctor who has time for you than one who overbooks just for more money.

After being told to arrive at 5:30 pm (which I did, arriving a bit early), I had to spend 70+ minutes in the lobby waiting to be seen. Only after 6:40, when I requested to cancel the appointment, was I told "you're about to be seen." The practice was clearly overbooked, and dealing with being lumped in with crowds of people isn't what I pay expensive health insurance premiums for. I want to emphasize that I have no feedback for the doctors themselves - they might be excellent healthcare providers and I'm sure many patients are happy with their care. My issue is solely with the practice management. Never using this place again.
