My daughter had been suffering with chronic diarrhea for over 6 months when we first started coming to this practice. We had high hopes from the first appt with Dr Schmidt but have been handed off to someone else for every appt since. We have paid a fortune for medications that don't work. She is suffering with severe pain every day and just keeps getting told to take Tylenol or use Prep H. We have absolutely no resolution to her problems and no action plan to reach one. Her mental health has taken a nose dive from all this. She is in tears every single day! I am incredibly frustrated, angry and disappointed.

The surveillance camera pointed directly at the front door is a nice touch that makes it feel warm and welcoming waiting in the lobby.

Incompetent office administration that CONTINUALLY fails to update my patient information. And then the doctors use that incorrect information during an office visit, which results in time wasted making corrections that shouldn't have to be made. Then they sent me an "intake" form as an incorrect PDF that couldn't be edited or corrected. An office that is this chronically error-prone is not one I really trust with my internal organs. As soon as this upper GI is completed I'm ditching this incompetent office for something better. Probably NOT Esse.

Dr. Moolsintong is a great doctor and a kind man. Highly recommend him.
