We had the pleasure of working with Lauren at Sparkman Nutrition. Lauren has been an absolute gift to our family. She takes a truly thoughtful, whole-child approach. Navigating growth and picky eating felt overwhelming at times, but Lauren provided both practical guidance and genuine reassurance. She helped us understand our son’s growth in a way that felt thorough, balanced, and comforting. Because of her, we feel much more confident in how we approach meals and support our son. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the “why,” which we really appreciated. Can't say enough good about Kasie Rawson at Sparkman Nutrition. I'd been having IBS issues for months. Living on the FODMAP diet, Viberzi and gastro appointments, I was miserable, losing weight, feeling hopeless.
