Dr Panzer is EXCELLENT. His front staff (or the lady answering the phone) NOT so much. She WILL cut you mid sentence and talk over you. EXTREMELY rude. Some people need to realize that customer service is NOT for everyone and this lady is the PERFECT example of that. She needs to find a job where she is not interacting with people. Then people complain why they can't find a job!

My son was seen by Dr Panzer in February who performed a colonoscopy on him. The result was deemed clear. My son in 3 months time has been diagnosed, after having ct scan and biopsy, is now stage 4,with metastatic colorectal cancer. STAGE 4! What happened Dr Panzer.? This review is a follow up from the previous review from my daughter in law concerning her husband, my son. I would definitely think twice about this GI “specialist”. I want to know WHY my son is dealing with Stage 4 metastatic cancer. This family is devastated. I wouldn’t even give 1 star but to review Dr Panzer I as forced to.

Love Dr. Panzer! His office staff not so much. I have seen him for several years. And all of a sudden his staff won’t schedule my appointments saying I have a balance in my account from 4 years ago! I have had a colonoscopy since then and seen him for other issues! No bill! No phone call! Nothing just a mystery balance that all of a sudden appeared!
