I was not as lucky as the reviews noted. First visit went average fine. This Dr recommended an Endoscopy which she scheduled at a Baylor & Scott location. My disappointment started when she didn't have the courtesy to wait for my husband after the procedure to give him the details & outcome. We heard all this from a nice nurse that could not answer some of our concerns. Also, If someone was to ask me if she actually performed the procedure I would have to say NO - only person I saw before the anesthesiologist put me to sleep was a nice young man saying "I'm here with the Dr we'll take care of you" - never saw the Dr - last, the follow up appt should have been with Duraiswamy but this people scheduled me with some nurse. Nice lady but kept going back to ask the Dr as she could not answer my questions about the procedure with certainty. Don't know what happened in my situation to get this kind of service but rest assured that I would not recommend her to anyone. Perhaps she has a selected group of insurance holders that she will get more money from & exceeds her nice & responsible side & mine was probably not as good.

I could not be happier or more satisfied satisfied with care and treatment I've received from Duraiswami and her staff. Feedback from procedures and screenings is very thorough and detailed. Nothing to fear. I Highly recommend her to anyone concerned about Gastrointestinal issues.

Quick, clean and friendly. The facility was very clean and staff was great throughout the process. Both procedures were over before I knew it. Dr. Sangeethapriya Duraiswamy was able to schedule me quickly and listened to the symptoms I’ve been experiencing. She came to me right when I was waking up and explained what she saw and next steps. She made a stressful medical procedure a lot easier on me

Dr. Duraiswamy has been my doctor for a few years. She is professional, caring and very attentive. She explains exactly what she sees and sets a plan of action if needed. Her bedside manner is great. She is my doctor and will be with her for as long as she practices.

Dr Duriswami is an excellent communicator. Very clear and precise. Very patient and careful and cares for her patients.

Dr Duraiswamy explained every step of my treatment plan clearly. She ensured me and my husband understood all options before proceeding. His staff are very friendly and also followed up to check on my recovery—amazing service!
