Best lounge and restaurant I've ever been to in Hempstead I'm definitely going back... Shout out to the team! 💯💰

⭐️ 1 Star I had a terrible and honestly traumatic experience at this establishment. I was falsely accused of repeatedly bumping into someone named Shatina, which is completely untrue. Based on that false claim, security was called on me and the situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of handling things professionally, security threw me to the ground and put their hands on me. This was excessive, uncalled for, and completely unacceptable. I even asked them to check the cameras, and their own staff admitted they did not see me bump into or touch anyone, so this entire situation was based on a lie. To make matters worse, I was charged $111 for lamb chops and was also overcharged three separate times. Being treated this way and then overcharged on top of it is beyond disrespectful. As a result of how I was handled, I ended up in the hospital. This situation caused physical harm, emotional distress, and public embarrassment. This establishment clearly lacks professionalism, proper staff training, and basic customer respect. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Liquor Authority and pursuing legal action. I will also be requesting all surveillance footage and documentation related to this incident. If you value your safety and your money, I strongly suggest you stay away.

Best venue for food, fun and fabulous music! I came here for a special event on Tuesday night to meet a dancehall artist and I had the best time! The DJ played a great selection of music, the food I ordered was delicious, and every guest was positive and enjoying themselves. The atmosphere was such a positive vibe and the staff were super friendly from the owner to security to the guests. Def recommend coming here and don’t forget to order The Thai sweet chili wings if you want the best crispy and sweet wings of your life! Sorry I forgot to take a pic of the food lol!
