Lost a lot of weight love the program and the ladies at the front great staff....but ever since covid they're only open like 3 days outta the week for like 3 hours??! I literally have to ask off work to plan for this trip all the way to Nassau County and make sure you call them ahead a time don't wanna make the trip only to find out they are closed 🤷🏻‍♀️

Dr Gazit is Great ! He’s caring and considerate, really cares about his patients. He helped before the Israel trip to get a refill and he always makes sure the dose is correct because I take 1 and a half. Everyone who comes here is Lucky he is such a good person and DR. The girls in the front are so nice and friendly! They told me where they get their lunch salad and now I get it too! Lisa V.

Hi Dr.Gazit, I am currently your patient, & I was just there today, I am actually very appreciative with the pills they do work great! I am here to let you know that you have this one assistant that has blonde/brown curly hair that was being rude at customer service over the phone & in person to me, I did give a call to check in before I arrived she did mentioned that you wasn’t going to be waiting for me at my actual appointment time which was at 1130AM but because since I was running 5 minutes late that “I would have to reschedule because you leave exactly at “1130AM” & I wouldn’t be able to get my pills if your not in”!? Which I found ridiculous because i do know you have other locations open today as well so how is it that you have ti be in all locations to give your patients their pills? So I still arrived & patients were still going in after me & once I had finished receiving my pills, I know patients are allowed to get there bottles of water which I got myself 3 because I know I get very thirsty once I take pills! & the same assistant tells me that I am only allowed to get 1 bottle of water, which I didn’t know because this isn’t my first time coming in & I always get 3 bottles of water along with my brother that is your patient as well! I actually did ignore her but I am very upset with the way your assistant treated me! If this does happen again I know next time I won’t ignore her but i personally think you should check in with this assistant and make sure that they are actually saying the truth with time & with treating your patients thank you!
