Dr. Edelstein is one of the sweetest and most amazing doctors I’ve come in contact with. We went to her for my daughter’s stomach pains; she spent time with us, listened to us and addressed all of our questions and concerns. I found her to be very knowledgeable and very compassionate. This 5-star review is long overdue but very much merited. Dr. Susan Edelstein is one of the best pediatric physicians my wife and I have worked with. Dr. Edelstein treated our son back in March due to an obstruction. We had taken our son to his pediatrician and Long Beach Millers ER for lack of appetite, weight loss, and recurrent vomiting that lasted a week. Everyone attributed his condition to a stomach bug. It wasn't until we met Dr. Edelstein that she suggested he may have an obstruction. She sent us to the nearest hospital (Cedars), and sure enough, he did have an obstruction. She scoped my son at the hospital, and my son recovered just fine. She was great at communicating with us every step of the way and helped to calm our fears. I can genuinely say that she went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Susan Edelstein to any parent that is looking for a great GI doctor. Thank you, Dr. Edelstein, for everything you did for our son!
