I had a very positive experience at Cedars GI center for a diagnosis. Would recommend

You all need to join the future, use your Cedars app to do all your scheduling, messaging, & insurance payments. I’ve had nothing but a stellar experience at this medical office complex. They’ve been nice, they’ve been prompt and the medical staff is amazing. Plus, validated free parking. There is absolutely no reason for you to call and bother the receptionist at these offices and then blame them for your stupidity. Nobody needs to read about how inept you are. If they’re referring you to billing, then pay your bill or submit insurance. Stop blaming them for doing their job.

I came for my appt on Feb 6 early morning and was going to sit since I was too early and this front desk lady named Sandra said she wants to check me in. I told her I already checked in online and with irritated tone and attitude she goes “ we have more papers to sign .” I don’t think it was necessary to use such tone . I don’t know their regulations, I was going to sit for few minutes since I was 10 minutes early. I have to say this clinic never impressed, it’s hard to get thru to them and it takes a while to hear back from them. I don’t recommend them and their treatment has not solved my problems either so it’s waste of money .

Administrative staff are extremely rude, no one answers the phone, and the medical staff are very disorganized.

I am having the same issue as many others: I cannot reach anyone at the practice to discuss an issue relating to an upcoming procedure. Is this an issue of inadequate staffing, or an issue with the staff that they have? Very frustrating, and I guess what is to be expected when dealing with medical care rendered through a giant institution.
