Leonard Haas, MD

Dr. Haas is absolutely incredible. It’s rare to find a doctor who really and truly cares about his patients, and puts in the time and effort to give them the best care possible. Dr. Haas does this and more. He goes above and beyond and is incredibly personable. I cannot recommend him enough, and I’m so glad my daughter is in his care!

Dr. Haas was absolutely wonderful. From the moment he came into the room, he was kind, patient, and incredibly easy to talk to. He took the time to really listen to our concerns and did not make us feel rushed at all. What stood out most was how thoroughly he discussed the issue and made sure we understood everything. He answered all of our questions and explained things in a way that was clear and reassuring. His bedside manner is truly exceptional, especially for pediatric patients and their families. He connected well with our child and made what could have been a stressful appointment feel comfortable and positive. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them. We left feeling heard, informed, and confident in the plan moving forward. I highly recommend Dr. Haas to any family looking for a pediatric gastroenterologist. It is not often that you find a physician who combines such extensive knowledge with such genuine compassion. We are very grateful for the excellent care he provided.

Dr. Haas helped us take care of our infant/toddler son for over a year when he was diagnosed with a cow's milk protein allergy. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Haas. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions thoughtfully. His bedside manner was wonderful. He is knowledgeable and thorough. He helped put us at ease during a stressful time, and I am so grateful we found him! Would recommend to anyone and everyone. 1000/10

Dr. Haas is amazing! His assessments of my son are always extremely thorough and he is such a kind professional. He makes sure you as a parent understand everything going on with your child and what the plan will be. He is also extremely responsive to messages on the portal. He is one of the best doctors I have ever met and I have been a pediatric RN for over 11 years. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs a pediatric gastroenterologist for their child! You will not be disappointed!!

Dr. Haas is INCREDIBLE. If your child has any sort of GI issues, you should bring them here first! We have been at so many different doctors, until I finally found Dr. Haas. He is so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manner. He asked literally every question possible and created a comprehensive plan to address the issues. I have never experienced the level of attentiveness and care from a pediatric physician until I met him. I am so grateful for his time, patience, and experience. I hope to follow his direction and graduate from the practice when the issues resolve.

Dr. Haas has seen both of my boys. He is kind and listens to all of your concerns and extremely patient. We love him!

Amazing Dr! My toddler has multiple health issues since birth but Dr Leonard always treats our toddler with the best of care! He will thoroughly check our child on every appointment and address any worries or concerns we have. Always a pleasure seeing him, thank you Dr for all the kindness and care you have shown to our child.

I have been taking my 16 year old daughter to see Dr Haas since March 2025 for GI issues. We had gone to the ER and they had misdiagnosed her as having the stomach flu. I was lucky I didn’t listen to them and picked out of the Optum directory Dr Haas. Thankfully we picked the right doctor as she had something serious that could have killed her and he was able to test and deal with it quickly. Dr Haas is patient, thorough, caring, a good listener and explained everything to my daughter in detail that she can understand. Today my daughter had a follow up procedure and she walked out of ambulatory surgery saying how wonderful he has been through this whole thing with him. We are very fortunate to have found Dr Haas. I can’t recommend him enough as a pediatric gastroenterologist.
