Kristy has helped me look at food differently and change my perception of food vs fuel. She is helping me get whole body healthy where we look at gut healthy, mental health, bone health and more and discuss the right foods and movement for me in my life style. Almost 20lbs down in around a month through changing habits. Kristy is helping me live a longer healthier life!
