He is the BEST doctor around. I had to go to the ER over the weekend and he actually called me several times to check on me. He actually listens and takes the time to explain things. He is an outstanding doctor! More doctors should be like Dr. Klein. Edit on 1 29 25 He Was a great doctor until he retired and did not notify his patients or refer us to new doctors. So disappointed in him

We need more doctors like Dr Michael Klein. He is a very caring individual and his way to treat his patients deserves recognition. We cannot say enough of his professionalism

DR KLIEN is a great doctor he spent time with me and explained the procedure that he was going to do. Old school Dr an absolute gem.

Dr. Klein has been my doctor for years. He is a very good doctor who actually cares about his patients. He responds personally to issues. Also you see him personally, you are not shuttled off to a Physician Assistant like other offices. Very good choice for a doctor.

I visited Dr. Klein today for a possible GI issue. Upon arriving at his office I was met by a friendly and kind support staff. After a brief wait I was taken to room #2 and seen by Dr. Klein shortly thereafter for my exam. Now, I hesitate to even use the word "exam" because while Dr. Klein is highly experienced and professional he is also very comforting and friendly. My entire interaction with Dr. Klein felt less like an "exam" and more like catching up with an old friend who was just making sure I'm in tip top shape. For anyone who suspects they may have a GI issue I highly recommend seeing Dr. Klein because it is both a wise and prudent decision and your health should be evaluated by experienced and highly competent professionals like Dr. Klein and his team. I thought Dr. Kline was a good doctor, then when I got Medicare as a secondary provider I found out from his front desk person that he does not take Blue Cross/Blue Shield (primary) because my secondary is Medicare. I was crying on the phone because he had helped me in the past and I asked if I could pay cash and his staff person said no and hung up on me.

Terrific Dr, very kind, explains well without being condescending, willing to answer variety of questions, ALWAYS Follows Up. Never rushing me out; treats me as a person, not a revenue source. Well Worth commute to receive Such Compassionate Care!

Terrible front desk staff. Have had issues since day one. Great Dr. But his front desk and billing staff are horrendous. Not helpful.
