I want to share my extreme satisfaction with Dr. Vaziri's weight loss program, which I have been a part of for over a year now. I am delighted with my results and the overall effectiveness of the program. I specifically want to highlight the Glendale location. The office is neat, organized, and has a wonderful ambiance. The on location diet coach; Lida has been exceptionally welcoming and encouraging during every visit; she is a consummate professional who makes the experience very positive. While the program was challenging at the beginning, it became easier as I progressed. I appreciate that the structure provides ample opportunity to get back on track if needed. My bi-weekly conversations with Dr. V have also been invaluable, as he always take the time to answer any of my nagging questions and provide insights and affirmations regarding my progress. And with their help and a diligent follow up, I was able to lose 100 lbs in 15 months! I also appreciate the availability of other related services as well; such as red light therapy, etc. I have learned that while every body and metabolism is different, results ultimately depend on being honest with oneself and staying committed to the program. I will definitely recommend Dr.V for anyone who wishes to make a consequential improvement on their health.

Thank you for helping me when I needed the most, I went from measuring 45 inches to 39 inches on my waist. I was weighing 185 Lbs and went down to 175 Lbs. I only got the red light therapy but it changed my life, I feel more motivated and I also want to say thank you to the beautiful soul that sits in the front desk. She was very good at encouraging me when I needed motivation. I continue to work on myself, thank you Dr. V and Lina.
