James Tabibian, MD, PhD

I had an upper endoscopy with Dr. James Tabibian today, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and caring. Everyone took the time to answer my questions, make me feel comfortable, and ensure I understood what to expect. Their kindness and attention to detail helped ease any anxiety I had before the procedure. Dr. Tabibian was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. The procedure itself was completely painless, and everything went smoothly. The team made me feel well cared for throughout the entire process. I am very grateful to Dr. Tabibian and the wonderful staff for providing such a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Tabibian and his team to anyone needing a gastrointestinal procedure.

I called to book an appointment and they told me 1130 and that they would send me a text to confirm. Never got a text so I called again and was told yes I do have an appointment at 11:30 and that they would text me. Still received no text, no email, or even a phone call to confirm this appointment. When I get there, I realize I have to park in a huge structure where I need to pay for parking. Me and other patients are lost trying to figure out the right buildings (would of been nice to been notified about parking and location in a confirmation of some sort). I come in at 11:10 AM, only to be told that my appointment was at 10:30 AM. I say "that is incorrect. I had multiple confirmations that this was at 11:30 AM". They told me the nurse would see me in 10 min. When they do finally call my name, they tell me that they were going to reschedule this appointment. I felt so disrespected at this point I just walked out and left. What a waste of time off from work. The guy at parking waved my two dollar fee so there's something. I will never go back, I couldn't imagine having these people that were so reckless, take care of something so important like my health.

The very first time I met doctor was in the hospital during a very painful episode of I didn't know what. I also had been choking for almost 3 years losing weight rapidly. Obviously I did everything and saw everyone to figure it out to no avail. Dr. Tabibian immediately got me in for an endoscopy wherein he stretched my esophagus and found 2 ulcers that were causing the severe pain. Now I do not choke and my ulcers are healing. I truly believe that doctor cares about what's best for his patients and has no qualms about getting it done. I will never see a different doctor in this field and will recommend him to anyone that will listen.

Dr. Tabibian is excellent, kind and very knowledgeable. He listens and he provides helpful information.
