Genuinely an incredible experience with the doctor. So often you feel unheard and rushed in these types of appointments, but he sat and listened, never rushed me, and provided great knowledge & care. He even specifically came in for an appointment while working away at the hospital as a follow-up for me.

I want and need to say he's a great doctor! He has always been thorough professional and responsive. He's even called me on the weekends out of the blue to make sure I was OK.So who's ever had an issue with them?I don't get it because that's not the Doctor that helped me.I would recommend him to anybod! Most dreadful and disrespectful patient experience with any physician in my entire life. He simply would not return a call or a message, EVER, despite recommending follow up care.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and time by avoiding this office. Very unprofessional and unresponsive staff. I had to call multiple times and literally beg them for prep instructions only to find out that they gave me the wrong date for the procedure. I left multiple messages to receive a call back from Dr. Sul to go over test results and never received a call back. If you have chronic GI issues, you need a doctor you can get a hold of and communicate with and unfortunately my experience has been too far from that. If you ever wonder why healthcare gets such a bad rep these days, definitely go and pay them a visit.

Dr Sul was everything you look for in a doctor - thoughtful, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend him.
