Try to place a simple call to check with same-day surgery for lost and found items and when attempting to call the number the receptionist ended my call or kept me in the phone loop for several minutes and then ended my call each time when I asked that she please route me to the appropriate place when she initially sent me to Benefits! She quickly identified my number in each time. I called in, chose to absolutely not service my request. This is terrible customer service for your Health Partners customer!!

No one looks forward to their first colonoscopy, and the other reviews had me on edge going in. I am happy to report I had a great experience, from checking in to Nurse Angie keeping me completely at ease through the whole process. The doctor and nurses doing the procedure were wonderful. I was sedated but awake and didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. These people work hard, and I appreciate the care I received.

Exceptional experience at HealthPartners Specialty Center during a recent colonoscopy with Dr. Mustafa A. Tiewala! The service was excellent from start to finish. Even though we messed up our appointment time, the receptionist and insurance staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. The facility was busy, but the medical staff remained cheerful, polite, and proactive. A special thank you to the interpreter who stayed with us for nearly three hours. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of us!
