Disappointing.

My kids are not a priority to them. My kids can be sick as dogs they rather them in the hospital then to see them .. they are not helpful at all and they don’t try to compromise with nor help me they are careless and pretend to when your there my kids have been in hospitals but never can see their doctors everytime I schedule they reschedule to a date I barely can make so I have to reschedule and they just make it worse for parents and easy for them I just moved here and I believed in them but now I’m disappointed

I myself personally love this doctors office the ladies at the front desk are always so sweet, an kind they go above and beyond for me an whoever ive seen when im there. The dr are amazing an kind an have great bedside manners in their professional. Ive never had any issues when i come there with my kids. I personally love harbor island and all the Drs and staff here. So i highly recommend them to anyone with kids. There may be bad reviews but you definitely cant make everyone happy im sure the bad reviews are from " Karen's"…

Will NEVER bring my kids here again every single time I asked if my kids were up to date on shots within a two month span they told me yes and I recently switched their doctors and the new ones said every single one of my kids were so behind to where they had to get 6 shots each and they had shots listed as incomplete but told me they were up to date every single time I asked and didn’t even list some of the shots my kids needed the communication here sucks and yall need to be very cautious taking your kids here because they don’t care about their jobs obviously or they would’ve communicated with me on what MY CHILDREN needed I am beyond mad right now

Was told they would not see my child because she was behind on vaccines!

The best providers and staff I have experienced in a pediatrician office. Compassionate and professional, down to earth and considerate of parent and patient input. I LOVE this office!
