Dr Gassert was very professional and down to earth. He explained everything about the procedure and after, he covered with me and my wife what he found during the procedure, including why he was prescribing me meds.

I had an excellent experience at St. Augustine Endoscopy Center for my colonoscopy. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome and at ease. The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and professional. Amanda, Michelle, and Laurie and Tammy were outstanding. They were compassionate and attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Gassert was excellent as well. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. The entire team provided exceptional care, and I truly appreciate all of their professionalism and kindness.
