My first visit I felt hopeful they could help me. The dr ordered tests which hadn’t been done before. But after that, now several weeks later and several calls and emails talking with staff to please send in my prescription since I’ve been out for over a month they still have not sent in my prescription. Seems to be a fairly simple ask but nothing has happened. The doctors here need to make sure their staff or whoever is in charge of making sure patients have necessary medication can get refilled and no have to beg for it by calling for now over 2-3 weeks asking over and over for the same thing.

Very poor patient care, they want your money they don’t care if you get better. They’re open until 4 but only take calls until noon? Doctor Bowman prescribed me medication that interferes with one I was already on, that can lead to complications and life threatening conditions. Can’t reach my PCP EVER, tried to speak to doctor Bowman today but was only able to reach Doctor Karnam by phone. (I’ve barely spoken to Doctor Karnam, he has only ever spoken to me for about 30 seconds before anesthesia took me out before my procedure.) He hastily gave me an answer, tried to get me to set an appointment and I told him I had to work that day, he changed his answer, and become quite upset at me for asking for clarification and hung up the phone. I just want to speak to a doctor that seems like they care enough to give me 10 minutes and a little bit of real thought, can’t find that doctor here.

I have never written a review in my life for any business or doctor, good or bad. I'm only writing this because I don't want another person who is already struggling to walk into this office and have the experience that I did. I have been dealing with debilitating GI symptoms for multiple years for which I have been desperately trying to get answers. At the first appointment with Dr. Karnam, before he even entered the room, I heard him tell a nurse in the hallway, "I'm going to make this quick, I have to pee." He then came in and sat down directly next to me, not in the chair across from me. I have seen countless doctors, and not one has ever sat down right next to me during an appointment. I was immediately taken aback and uncomfortable by how unprofessional he was. I began describing my symptoms. He cut me off after about two sentences and said, "You know what I think you have? Something called MCAS." He wrote a prescription, handed it to me, and offered zero explanation — no description of what MCAS is, what the medication was, or any potential side effects. When I mentioned I had previously been diagnosed with SIBO and that Xifaxan had helped, he took the first prescription back, wrote "DO NOT USE" across it, wrote a new Xifaxan prescription, and handed me both pieces of paper. He then walked me out the door and, mid-hallway, asked about my availability for an endoscopy and whether I had questions. The entire interaction lasted no more than 5 minutes. Before the endoscopy, no one from the office called to tell me what time the procedure was scheduled or to prep me. Every time I called the office, I was placed on hold, sometimes for over an hour. When I finally reached someone the Friday before my Monday procedure, they told me they didn't know what time it was scheduled. I had to call the hospital directly to find out. The morning of the endoscopy, just before I was sedated, Dr. Karnam came in and said they were there to investigate the cause of my reflux. I do not have reflux. That has never been mentioned, discussed, or diagnosed, so it was alarming to hear right before being put under. Some results appeared in my patient portal within two days, but I never received a call explaining what they meant. I called the office every week for a month. Each time: placed on hold, transferred, told they would call me the following week. They never did. After a month of this, I was finally able to speak to a nurse assistant who told me I had "a lot of inflammation from my reflux" — again, I do not have reflux — and the doctor wanted to schedule a follow-up. By that point, Dr. Karnam was no longer seeing patients in Park City, where I live, and his next available appointment was two months out. I had to see another provider at a different location 90 minutes away. That provider informed me that not all of my results had come back yet, but that he had reached out to the lab and would follow up with me ASAP. I was written a third prescription, this time for general IBS. That follow-up appointment was about one month ago, and I still haven't received any information about the pending results or a call from the office as promised. It has now been two months since the endoscopy. I tried to call again today to get the results. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up and called back again and was told, once again, that someone would call me back later. At this point, I am still experiencing every symptom I came in with and am no closer to answers than when I started. I came to this office suffering and looking for help. Instead I spent over $3,000, missed multiple days of work, underwent anesthesia and an invasive medical procedure, and received three different diagnoses and prescriptions across two visits, none of which have improved any of my symptoms. If you are suffering and looking for answers, please look elsewhere. You deserve a doctor who listens, communicates, and follows through. This office will not give you that.

BEWARE! I went for a consultation and filled out a bunch of paperwork. They made another appointment to see the doctor. At my second appointment, they started the consultation again. I explained I had already done that and was supposed to see the doctor. First they argued with me, insisting I had not been there before. They found my paperwork after making me wait 40 minutes. Then they said the doctor wasn't in and was booked solid for months. They apologized and said I wouldn't be billed for that visit since it was their mistake. Due to their lack of organization and professionalism, I decided to go somewhere else. Fast-forward 6 YEARS and I get served with a subpoena at my front door for the visit they said they would not bill me for, only now it has accumulated interest to be $1200. All for a service I NEVER received. Get everything in writing and save your receipts!! They are crooked.

I would give zero stars if possible. She is in constant pain and has had two blocked bowels. Her surgeon said if she has another one she most likely won't make it. They do not call her back. We have called so many times and they don't care.

The doctor doesn’t even see me, the nurse practitioners do the bare minimum and ask for tests that tell nothing then say oh we should do another test instead of examining the patient. Horrible service

I was seen last week. They ordered a colonoscopy as well as wrote me a couple prescriptions. For almost a week I called the pharmacy and was told they had nothing for me so then I called the doctor again. Up to three times per day for a week I was told some version of “we’re so sorry, we’ll send it over right away” then nothing. But they sure remembered to call to confirm my procedure. Seems like this place is less a healthcare facility and more just here to make a buck pumping people through procedures they can bill the insurance for. I should’ve known when they were able to get me in right away Don’t go here. Don’t waste your time or your money

My insurance company denied a medication which I HAVE TO HAVE, and sent both the doc and I a notice on April 15th. I have called them numerous times beginning when I received the letter. I have also text them and emailed. One call I was on ignore (hold) for 15 minutes then I hung up. It’s too bad their support staff/medical assistants aren’t more competent. It’s costing them patients. I am currently in the process of finding another doc. I ran out of my medicine 2 days ago and already had a partial bowel blockage that required hospitalization . The docs are 10/10. Their support staff………..
