I have three kids going there and they refused to take the 4th child even though it was an emergency!

Love Dr. Henry, however the office practice is not the best! $50 for a paper from office confirming vaccinations done for school. Crazy! Having to drive out to the office for minor concerns, that could be examined via picture/ video, how inconvenient for us, and convenient for them.

We love Glendale Peds. ALL the doctors there are amazing, supportive and have helped us through newborn stage to now our young kids. We’ve been going there since our first was born 8 years. Dr Henry and Dr Burch are wonderful, take time to listen and are great with the kids. Their after hours line has given us piece of mind when we need to talk to a doctor. Yes, their admin fees for paperwork has increased but it’s understandable with how many patients they have and the time it takes. Unfortunately it’s part of being a part of this network of doctors. They do have an annual fee that would waive the paperwork fee if you need a lot of it.

The doctors have been good, however a huge warning that if you need them to, for instance, sign a form for a school to say that a medication belongs to a child, they charge $50 per signature. Fifty dollars. Outrageous nickel and diming of children's health. Truly shameful.

I was a new father and asked Dr. Fan a dumb question. On my way out I walked by Dr. Fan making fun of me to all of the nurses, everyone laughing. Felt bad.

We have been bringing our son to Glendale Peds since he was born (he is now almost 1 year old), and have had a phenomenal experience. We see Dr. Saavedra (who is amazing) but have seen others for sick visits, etc and have always had great experiences. I really appreciate that they have both sick and well waiting rooms, and how easy to access the care is (very accessible online portal with quick responses, and I've never been sent to a voicemail when I call). Every doctor we've spoken to has been extremely knowledgeable and passionate about caring for children. We've had to access sick visits a couple times and each time we were able to get in easily without issue. Many of the staff trained and still collaborate with CHLA which is also great. Highly recommend!

The best. All of the doctors here are fabulous. Both my kids have been their patients since they were born.

I highly recommend Glendale pediatrics the front desk are amazing. I personally like dr. Jin Heur she goes above and beyond for her patients. I still remember when my baby was a few days old and she saw my daughter not only she care for her well-being but also for mine. She was very positive and encouraging on my motherhood journey. I felt she not only care for my baby but also she cared for my mental health by asking me questions about how I was doing. My daughter is 4 years old now.
