My Spanish speaking mother went for a colonoscopy procedure, s/p her procedure, she was asked “how long have you been in the country?” and my mother replied “over 20 years” and she then responded with “then you should already know English”. My mother should’ve been treated fairly with NO discrimination. This is unbelievable.

The staff at this medical group is the worst my family and I have ever come across. My father does not know English and they refused to allow my mother into his appointment to hear his results. They kept insisting that my father knows English and would understand the results of his colonoscopy on his own. I have never heard something so absurd in my life, how is staff going to tell us that my father knows English, as if they know him? My mother continued to tell them a million times that he does not know English and that if they will not allow her in the room then at least they can call her with his medical results or provide a translator for my father, but they refused that as well. It is like someone telling you the sky is red when it is clearly blue. Then, they refused to explain the results of my father's colonoscopy altogether and just gave us the medical report on paper, as if we went to medical school and understand medical jargon or language. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is no reflection on Dr Bartley. This is a reflection of his staff, or lack thereof. Be prepared to ask questions regarding COVID test, prescriptions and other or you will end up like I did; frustrated and without the ability to have the colonoscopy at my scheduled time. I lost a whole afternoon trying to prep at last minute and lost a vacation day in doing so.
