Well this happened few years ago. I brought my daughter to get follow up appointment… she was already an established patient. They called and confirmed het appointment like normal. When we checked in, they asked for her insurance cards. We showed them primary insurance and secondary insurance They basically humiliated us by telling us oh we cannot see you we don’t accept secondary, keep in mind they had already seen her months before. I’m said to the to receptionist well you can use her primary insurance then like last time They said no. So they won’t see her. I said she’s already been here and he’s treated her, they still refused her All the people in waiting area overheard our private conversation. She has Medicade as her secondary because she has disabilities I couldn’t believe how they treated us Like we were scumbags. I have never been treated this low by any doctor here in Texas. This doctor and his staff are horrible. I will never forget what they did to my daughter in front of all those patients They didn’t care about privacy They were just not going to see a patient that had Medicade as a secondary You would think they would have called us and told us before driving to our appointment that had already been confirmed. And we were an established patient already. This Doctor should not be a doctor And his staff are the worst. I would be very careful if you are a current patient I wouldn’t even give 1 star

Dr. Arora and his team are beyond reproach. Their level of professionalism and courtesy to their patients authenticates the core values that are highly sought for that firmly establishes a true relationship between both doctors and patients.
