Horrible experience. I went to the Miami Lakes office near my house, thinking the colonoscopy procedure would be done at the same location. Unfortunately, I found out that they use the Gastrointestinal Center in Hialeah. Not only does the facility not have enough parking, but on any given day there can be more than 50 patients in the waiting room. The place is very small and overcrowded, which immediately made me question the overall hygiene and cleanliness with so many people in such a confined space. Also the reason they tell you if you are driving they will not do the procedure is not because of the anesthesia because they use very little and don’t let you go until you are fully recovered the real reason is because there is NO place to park your car. Simply horrible I had to go even though I prepared for it the day before. In conclusion, I would not recommend this place.

The staff at the office are very friendly and helpful people who are very knowledgeable about the business. The office is very clean. My appointment was on perfect time 😃 Thanks for all the staff and the PA to make things done so easy
