I’ve had exams here several times. Each time, Dr Martyak and the entire team (RN, nurse anesthetist, techs, and front office) are so kind, professional, and work hard to put patients at ease and keep them informed. I always feel very safe and well cared for.

Some really shading billing practices here. They tell you that your insurance doesn't cover parts of your procedure, then makes you pay up front, if you submit it on your own, you find out they don't provide the required info on the bill (like EIN and billing codes) to prevent you from submitting. My insurance DID cover it. They take advantage of people not knowing the insurance/medical world for medically important procedures. The worst part is, they have at least 3 different business entities that cover their tracks. Even instamed, their billing platform doesn't recognize the people who send you the bill. Avoid this place and if you are referred, tell your doctor to refer someone else. It's not worth the hassle.

This place engages in medical discrimination, shame on you.
