Fantastic experience. Very knowledgeable about the pump and all accessories. Extremely capable of getting everything set up and taught us how to use it simply and efficiently. Also, was able to get results regarding ins and product (which I had gotten the run around for 1 1/2 weeks)she was able to do in one text, by the time we got home medicine was ready at pharmacy! Wonderful experience-she should train the rest of the health care personnel!
