Excellent doctor with good teaching skills

Believe all of the one star ratings here. The 5 stars have to be fake. I have never been treated so poorly and with such incompetence by any medical professionals as I was with Dr. Alapati and his staff. They never return calls. They hang up on you. You will never meet with the doctor. Arrogant and incompetent is the worst of all combinations. Not sure how he is still in business.

Thank you to Raul, Jessica, Maribel, and the entire team for your exceptional service! I will always remember how helpful, kind, and supportive you were.

Ms. Maribel (?)who makes the scheduling is very rude along with most of the stuff. Good doctor horrible front desk. The Np is introducing himself as a doctor. Please refer any difficulty scheduling appointments to your insurance and to the medical association. None of us deserves the treatment the schedulers and the front desk gives us. We pay their salary.

I had a great visit with Dr. Alapati's office and 2 procedures with NP. The nurse practioner was awesome so nice. The staff was so.nuce and helpful!

I am very dissatisfied with Dr.Alpati. I’ve been trying to get a colonscopy since last October, but the doctor postponed the procedure twice. Because of this, all my insurance coverage and related plans have been completely messed up. Rescheduling was extremely difficult, and while one cancellation might be understandable, having it happen twice is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the office staff were unhelpful and NP was horrible. NP postponed the appointment twice. Please be aware this clinic.

Clinic called me to collect my procedure report and asked me to pay 85 $ .which i questioned, to my surprise the receptionist said everytime I visit i have to pay.even to collect the report. Though my reports r sent to my pcp. Im confused as to know ..is this normal or some kind of theft???. Toh I am going to complain formally to my insurance about this. . Somebody pls explain....
