His office is the worst thing I've ever dealt with. Brian himself might be great but I've called his office dozens of times to get a form I need for a CT scan and they've never once called me back. They don't pick up the phone and when they do they reroute me to leave a message. What if my condition gets worse? I'm going to be the one living with the consequences and medical bill. Get your act together.
