Don’t go with him,he almost kill my mom on 2024, he was on rush ( for vacation) he did a perforation on the duodenum making bile leak internally causing a septic shock on my mother. I feel sorry for his dad, his son is worthless Doctor. And at keck Hospital, it wasn’t enough for them for my mother to have one perforation. They did an extra Perforation on intestines where they put the draining line in the wrong place. My mom never was the same after the biopsy she became handicap…

Dr Mello is So good! He's Sweet, and Kind. Very caring. He did my procedure and I woke up with No Pain. I had a gallstones stuck in my Pancreas!!! That's pain! But it went so well! He's a Great Dr, and has a Great team⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Here's 5 stars for the team, Thank You Dr for giving me my life back. It's been 22 yrs nobody else could solve the problem.

Dr Mello is a gem. He listens, is thorough and has a very calm disposition. A great experience for myself and my son. I don't understand how anyone could give him 1 ⭐️ on here!

Have been trying to get testing done for over a year now. Sending me to places that don't even offer said testing. Literally no help from the Dr.

I called for an appointment and before they checked my insurance reference, they told me that the doctor probably wouldn't want to see me. I emailed the approval letter, expecting to be called back; They didn't do it so I did it and the answer they gave me was that the doctor had reviewed the approval, even so he wouldn't see me because he only sees certain types of patients. I don't know what kind of patients he doesn't see, but I wonder if he doesn't see Latino patients.

I just called at 2:15pm on Friday to make a future appointment with the Dr, I was on hold for 35 minutes, they finally picked up and in the background I hear line 1 is still on hold then they hung up on me. I tried to call back but the automated recording says I called after normal business hours which at this point it’s 2:50pm and they close at 3:00pm… I NEVER write reviews but this was ridiculously irritating.

They call for the reminder 1 MONTH 10 DAYS prior your appointment, and if you don't show up on appointment day they charge $35, even though I called to make another appointment
