Very rude,careless and unprofessional staff.Never answer the phone ,even during their business hours.

My Mom has been having a cough for the past year or more, so she saw her primary doctor who had her see a pulmonary doctor to check her lungs and also GI doctor so she can have an endoscopy to see if the issue is coming from her stomach. When I took her to this doctor, he asked if she has any bowel issues or pain in the abdominal area, and my mom answered NO and we continued to explain the cough. After all that, he tells us that he’s going to schedule her for a colonoscopy. I proceeded to tell him that she has no complains in that area and that the doctor specifically wanted her to get an endoscopy for the cough to see if it’s stomach acid related or anything with stomach, and he replies “I’m the doctor” with an attitude and I can’t approve an endoscopy and walks out. When the nurse was trying to schedule her for the colonoscopy, again I said her doctor asked for an endoscopy, then he shouts from the other room “get a different GI doctor then”. Anyway, it was a horrible experience, and my Mom does not feel comfortable ever going to this doctor again. I also didn’t appreciate how he was talking about a person with a disability that was in his office.

I had an excellent experience with Dr,Khorsandi office From the moment i called in the staff was welcoming ,organizes and truly patient centered juanita the scheduler is absolutely wonderful friendly efficient everything clearly ane made scheduling process and smooth and stress free Maria was also amazing , she was attentive supportive and made aure all my questions were answered . Dr,Khorsandi has a great team and it shows , Their compassion ,Communication and professionalism make a huge difference , i highle recommend the office.

The women named Juanita shouldn't be working in a professional office. She is very unprofessional and rude. She needs to go somewhere else 🙄

Outstanding Customer Service and quality care for patients . Maria was guiding me and was very polite. I visit the office on 6.12.2026 Juanita assisted me on scheduling an appointment with Colon Rectal And help me on scheduling appointments . I highly recommend this office outstanding service and very professional this office deserves more than five stars great job !
