I have nothing against Dr. Shahedi personally, but the reception process was very disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled for a breath test at 10:30 AM. I arrived at 10:29 AM, but the staff refused to see me because the arrival time apparently was 10:15 AM. If the required arrival time is 10:15, then what is the purpose of listing the appointment as 10:30? This creates unnecessary confusion. Instead of trying to accommodate the situation, the staff simply canceled the appointment scheduled for the next day, which was meant to discuss the results of today's test. The lack of flexibility and unclear scheduling policies made this a frustrating experience

Although he is knowledgable, he does not respond to my chart messages in a timely manner. He tells pts not to communicate via my chart and to call the office and front desk to ask questions, but staff defers to reaching out to the doctor via my chart. Communication is not great. I would opt for going somewhere else as it doesn’t work well when questions/follow ups aren’t addressed.

Wow !!!! I just had an appointment with Dr Shahedi and I am so blown away by my experience with both him and his office staff. From the moment I walked in , I felt a sense of comfort starting w the front desk greeting me and then dr Shahedis assistant being really sweet and cool to me while getting my blood pressure and history. I must say that Dr Shahedi is different from many of the practitioners that I have seen over the years . Starting first and most importantly with his attitude/bedside manner being genuine ,kind and caring . When we were discussing my plan of care , he carefully took the time to make sure i understood / comprehend what he was saying to me . HIs intelligence is top notch and he appears to truly a decent human being . It is extremely difficult to find both a dr that is caring sensitive and passionate about what they do . I’m so grateful.. THANK YOU dr !!!!
