My dad had his colonoscopy with Dr. Yip and the entire process was unnecessarily stressful. The surgery center did not have him on the schedule and they had to wait till the doctor's office opened because they were missing an authorization? He eventually had his procedure around 11 AM and he has been fasting since the day prior. Luckily he is relatively healthy and this is a preventative care colonoscopy and diagnostic. When you call the doctor's office to make appointments, you can hear the staff eating while talking to you on the phone. And try to push you off the phone. All the staffs are quite unprofessional and rude. That is if you are lucky enough for them to answer the phone. The wait time for a call is upwards of 10 minutes to schedule an appointment or confirm something. Or if you ask them to check on a biopsy result, they put you on hold and the call disconnects twice. If you do go to this office, do not expect a smooth process. If you would like better patient care and require more extensive treatment, I advise going elsewhere. Glad we don't have to interact with this office after this preventative colonoscopy.

Very inexperienced doctor jason yip he didn’t seem to care about my problem at all he put me on all these ppi medications non of them worked and when i told him these are not working he said so what do you think we should do i said how would i know ,you are the doctor he didn’t helped me so i left his office and never went back again be careful

Dr. Yip is very professional and patient. I recently had both endoscopy and colonoscopy done by Dr. Yip. His office guides you every step meticulously in preparation for the colonoscopy, from a week before the procedure. They text you with a detailed instructions almost on a daily basis up to the date of the colonoscopy. I was impressed how detailed they were with reminders. Dr. Yip removed 4 polyps during the colonoscopy. I am glad I chose Dr. Yip to perform colonoscopy on me. I have confidence in his skills.

Dr. Jason Yip is a wonderful doctor. He provides excellent care. He knows how to treat his patients. I recommend his services to anyone who has intestinal problems.
