No one ever answers phone.I’ve called 6 times and got through once. Phone has rung for 5 mins and nothing.? What kind of office is this??

I was referred to Dr Bartley in April of 2022. I called, and they booked me for June. They texted and called me several times before then to make sure I was coming. The day of my appointment, they texted me and said “we all have Covid. We’re closed, but we’ll call you when we’re not sick anymore”. Nobody called me back for about 6 weeks, so on July 22nd I called, and made an appointment for today, September 19th. For whatever reason, they wanted to do a phone appointment. They were supposed to call between 4:45 and 5:30. It’s 8pm now, and I’m guessing they aren’t calling since they’re closed now. I have no issues with how hard they are to get a hold of because it’s very populated in LA County. I can even forgive them for not calling to reschedule me after the Covid thing, but them just not bothering to show up for my appointment is unacceptable. This is just bad business. Also, my GP doctor is trying to see if I have a tumor in my throat. This is a very big deal to me. I’ve been patient for months, but I’m definitely done with them.

Roxana is absolutely wonderful. She was gone for about a year, and Dr. Bartley did have other staff. Roxana is back now, and she is getting the office back in order. Dr. Bartley is very professional and he listens to you, does a thorough exam and I have been going to him for years. I highly recommend them. It's worth the wait to see him.

Not sure about the doctor but the office staff was extremely rude during making an appt. Couldn't even get past the appt. process.

I've been seeing doctor for over seven years due to a genetic issue. He's fantastic and on top of everything. I'm healthy now. His office is busy because he's kind, skilled and takes time with you.
